We serve hardworking people knocked down by crisis, those fleeing violence — and every stray, injured, or abandoned animal we can find. Locally in Montana. Abroad when called.

RAK Sanctuary was built on a straightforward principle: when we see a need, we take action. No excuses, No bureaucracy, No B.S. We respond. Located in Philipsburg, Montana, we're a grassroots outfit doing the work others overlook — for puppies and kitties that can't speak for themselves, and for hardworking people who do everything right and still get knocked down by something outside their control.

We are just getting started. Every dollar, every volunteer hour, every act of service brings us closer to a permanent home for those in need.

Basic Needs

Most of the people we help aren't looking for a handout — they're working the jobs they can get, making do with what little they have, and doing right by their kids. Then something catastrophic hits: a lost job, a medical emergency, a violent situation they had to flee. We step in with emergency food, shelter support, medication, and logistical assistance to help them get back on their feet.
